  • 200+ hours of personal coaching and 100+ hours of substantive training;

Our free development program offers you the opportunity to combine learning and working in a unique trajectory, supervised by Avans+ as a trainee. To ensure that this program perfectly matches your potential and ambitions, we use tests that map your strengths and development opportunities.

The Big 5-personality test maps five core aspects of your personality: openness, orderliness, extraversion, friendliness and neuroticism. Through a short self-assessment you will gain insight into your unique character traits, strengths and opportunities to develop. Ideal for personal growth and team dynamics!
