Blijkgroep recently acquired five brands within the Dutch gifting market, each operating with its own processes, systems, and internal culture. As the group expanded, the lack of a unified operational structure became increasingly visible. There was no central cockpit to monitor performance, manage ROI, or optimize efficiency across the portfolio. This fragmentation made it difficult to scale, compare brand performance, and steer the organization based on reliable, real-time insights.

e partnered with Blijkgroep to design and implement a centralized operational cockpit that could unify all five brands under one clear, data-driven structure. We began by mapping every brand’s processes — from procurement and logistics to sales, fulfillment, and customer service — to identify overlap, inefficiencies, and opportunities for consolidation.

Based on this analysis, we created a shared performance framework with standardized KPIs, uniform reporting, and aligned operational workflows. A central data layer was introduced to collect and synchronize information from all brands, enabling real-time insight into ROI, stock movements, cost structures, and fulfillment performance.

To support day-to-day operations, we built dashboards and decision tools that allowed management to compare brand performance, streamline processes, and make faster, evidence-based decisions. Parallel to this, we introduced a phased integration roadmap to gradually align systems, reduce operational friction, and unlock economies of scale across the group.

This approach provided Blijkgroep with the structure, transparency, and control needed to operate as a coordinated multi-brand organization rather than five separate entities.

The introduction of a central operational cockpit transformed Blijkgroep from a collection of independent brands into a coordinated, data-driven organization. Real-time insights into ROI, inventory, and fulfillment performance allowed management to identify issues earlier, allocate resources more effectively, and steer each brand with far greater precision.

Standardized KPIs and unified reporting created clarity across the entire portfolio, making it possible to benchmark performance and quickly spot best practices that could be scaled group-wide. Operational processes became more efficient, duplication of work was reduced, and cross-brand collaboration increased significantly.

With clear visibility, aligned workflows, and a scalable data layer, Blijkgroep now operates with greater stability and is equipped to integrate future acquisitions smoothly and strategically.
