Datahub is an expert in data, but struggled to clearly communicate its core message to a broader audience. While the website attracted solid traffic, the conversion rate remained low. Visitors weren’t immediately understanding what Datahub offered, why it mattered, or how Datahub’s expertise stood out resulting in missed leads and limited engagement.
Together, we hosted a series of in-depth discovery sessions to uncover Datahub’s true goals and refine the brand narrative. Based on these insights, we assembled a dedicated web team and an outreach team to translate the renewed message into a clear, compelling digital presence.
